The Role
Towerwood Vets has been a part of the local community for over 40 years. We offer a comprehensive service of both complementary and conventional treatments.
We are looking to expand our team of RVN's. As part of the clinical team, you will be encouraged to perform schedule III procedures. We have a well-established range of nursing consultation that we offer. We are a training practice so been a clinical coach would be advantageous. The weekly rota consists of 40hrs. With 1:5 full weekends and 1:5 Saturday morning shift at our smaller branch practice based in Greengates, BD10. Minimal out of hours.
Salary for the role is up to £31,000 depending on experience.
About Us
Our practice is well established. We have a smaller branch practice in Greengates BD10. Our equipment includes DR digital x-ray, ultrasound, endoscopy, in house diagnostic suite and class III laser. The practice is based in North Leeds, close to the Horsforth rail link. At Towerwood Vets we pride ourselves on a holistic approach to veterinary care.
About the Team and Culture
The team is made up of 6 full time vets, 10 RVN's, 7 student nurses, 2 ACA's, 4 receptionists, an administration team and Harry our practice kitten who is our newest addition to the team.
Applicant Requirements
We are looking for an experienced RVN who has an interest in developing their schedule III skills and is happy to carry out nurse consultation. CPD is highly encouraged. Towerwood Vets is a gold standard ISFM clinic.
