Aboutthejob:

Unlimit is currently looking for an experienced Relationship Manager in the Treasury Team to join our team in London.If you are the one with experience in payment transactions, alternative payment methods and excellent communication skills, please feel free to apply!

Keydutiesand responsibilities:

·Establish relationships with banks, partners, and custodians around the world, expanding Unlimit global infrastructure for cross-border payment solutions and Alternative Payment Methods, running commercial discussions, driving end-to-end partner onboarding/KYC processes & pricing negotiations.

·Setting the strategy for the assigned market and ensure action-plan for developing and maintaining the payments landscape and the needs of our users

·Identify and evaluate potential strategic partnerships and growth opportunities in LATAM, APAC and European regions, determining bottlenecks and solving problems, and present strategic analysis to the leadership team·Administer the requirements for opening and maintaining corporate bank accounts and local licenses

·Maintain high standards in the provision of legal documents, information and (internal) reports to stakeholders·Develop and maintain a consistent and effective partner compliance strategy

·Respond in a timely manner to the requirements of local authorities and Unlimit 3rd parties in different countries and time zones

·Identify and address legal and business issues/challenges in a timely manner and provide solutions to improve them

·Deeply understand the business, manage ad-hoc projects as needed, and provide practical input to stakeholders

·Create actionable business intelligence reports that clearly and concisely present complex projects and (legal) structures

Skills and experience required:

·5+ years of payment background and strong expertise in the field with experience working with/for financial institutions and/or alternative payment methods

·Strong relationship management skills with “to-do” mindset

·Bachelor / Master degree. Law or Business Administration are strongly preferred

·Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance standards relevant to the fintech industry

·Advancedcommunication, leadership, and interpersonal skills

·Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
