As a Relief Chef for our client you will be expected to manage the kitchen assistants and run the operations whilst cooking residents a creative, delicious meal.You will be expected to adhere to IDDSI requirements when needed. You will need: An Enhanced DBS certificate that has been issued within the last 3 yearsUp-to-date Level 2 Food Hygiene CertificateUp to date Food Allergen Certificate IDDSI knowledge (ideal not essential)To have had experience as a chef within a healthcare environment (ideal not essential)
