Relief Team Assistant (Zero Hours Contract) – London 

Hourly Pay : £ 12.95 per hour plus holiday pay 

Location: London – EC1A nearest tube Farringdon or St Pauls

Contract: Zero hours contract 

Shifts: Initially working 9.00am – 5.00pm with flexibility required for alternative roles that will be offered

Work model: Fully onsite

Williams Lea seeks a relief team person to join our team initially on a project for Records Administration Project !

Purpose of role

Our relief team offers a flexible solution to Williams Lea, often working on critical projects on client sites. This role is initially working on a records administration project for a leading law firm in the city of London.

Key responsibilities

Experience in data management and the digitisation of hard records

Following all established internal Records procedures

Creation of new files and revision of existing files

Data entry into the records management database

Start the process of records uplift which involves uploading, and accurately naming the records within the system against the appropriate matter numbers.

After the upload, ensure a random quality check is done daily to make sure the records are uploaded accurately with correct naming. This is something the records team / RM should be able to support with or external PM.

Archive, Scan or Destroy records, decision and execution .

Ability to work to deadlines

Available immediately – upon successful vetting

Our Relief Team Assistants our often client facing so your outstanding customer service skills with the ability to interact with people across a diverse range of backgrounds and levels, with the ability to easily build rapport with people will put your in great stead! You’ll be able to deal with urgent tasks in a timely and effective manner, and the ability to multitask is important for this position.
