Financial Services Practice Manager - Remote Location: Remote working - ideally in the West Midlands / Worcester / Cheltenham region with occasional travel to London for meetings Salary: £30,000 - £45,000 Working as part of the team at KLC Financial Ltd who are an Appointed Representative of St. Jamess Place Plc. An outstanding new opportunity has arisen for a Practice Manager within a highly successful SJP Partner Practice. You will be managing the operational needs of this busy practice. As our Practice Manager you will have overall responsibility for the day to day running of the practice to include people management, business processing, regulatory requirements, marketing and client servicing whilst supporting the Practice Partner in the development of the Practice. Experience: You will have proven office management skills, ideally, with previous experience as a Practice Manager, preferably within a Financial Services business or similar professional environment. The Role & Person: Managerial Qualities : You will be leading a client focused, motivated team implementing and managing service standards within the team promoting co-operation and commitment to achieve goals and deliverables. Quality Focus : You take personal responsibility for the quality and timeliness of work and you achieve results with minimal or no supervision. You stay focused on tasks in spite of distractions and interruptions. You should have an exceptional attention for detail. Planning and Organising: You will be a highly organised self-starter with the ability to work with little or no supervision managing your own time, priorities, and resources to achieve goals. You will have the ability to remain calm under pressure. Client Care : Builds and maintains a first-class service for the client seeking out ways to improve their customer experience by implementing the right processes and structures to support this. Microsoft Office: Broad experience of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
