What You'll Do: Become a Remote Support Rockstar: Analyze data, diagnose problems, and resolve technical issues for connected products – all remotely from our Warrington Hub! Empower Customers: Guide them through software installation, setup, and navigate them towards success with EcoStruxure. Collaborate for Success: Work with product experts and field service teams to ensure seamless customer experiences. Be a Data Detective: Analyze logs and alarms to pinpoint issues and prevent unnecessary on-site visits. Continuous Improvement Champion: Help us refine our processes and meet key service level agreements. The Knowledge Network: Share your expertise and learn from a global team passionate about innovation. You're a Perfect Fit If: You have a knack for solving technical puzzles and a passion for helping others. You're a tech enthusiast with an interest in the Internet of Things (IoT) and connected technologies. Excellent communication skills allow you to build rapport with customers via phone, chat, and email. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working collaboratively. A background in IT, software, or technical support is a plus, but your eagerness to learn is key!
