Corporate Commercial Renewable Energy 3-5 PQE
An excellent opportunity has arisen at a boutique law firm for a corporate commercial solicitor who is keen to specialise in renewable/green energy projects. No energy experience is required but a solid grounding in commercial contracts and/or corporate/commercial law is desired.
The Team
You will be joining a small team of ex-magic circle and US law firm lawyers who have established their own practice at a smaller firm. They choose only the best projects to work on, so you can look forward to advising on some high profile and interesting sustainable, renewable and green energy projects. The team left big law as they wanted to have a work-life balance, so you can have the best of both worlds - city work but without the hours!
The Role
You can look forward to working with a range of companies from start-ups to global companies both national and international. The successful solicitor can look forward to a broad role including both transactional and contracts work. There is also an element of corporate banking and finance work and restructuring.
The Person
The team are seeking a corporate commercial solicitor with around 3-5 PQE with strong commercial contracts experience who has a real interest and passion for renewable energy and sustainable energy. Any experience with energy, construction, infrastructure or manufacturing would be a bonus.
