Spirehouse are currently recruiting for a Tennant Arrears Officer on an exclusive basis with our client in Northamptonshire.
The Opportunity
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a large registered provider on a contract basis, who provide affordable housing to the most vulnerable. The opportunity shall be a full remote working post however there shall be a requirement to attend team meetings at their sites in either Northampton or London.
The successful candidate will have:
* Previous experience in a Housing Association Rent Arrears Team / Income collection experience
* A clear understanding of required policies and procedures
* People skills to support with vulnerable tenants in rent arrears seeking support
* Clear communication with internal departments to ensure a holistic approach to service delivery for tenants
Further information:
* Monday - Friday 09:00am - 17:30pm
* 6 Months interim - Potential for extension
* £20.00 per hour via Umbrella
* Full remote opportunity (This could change to hybrid)
Requirements:
* Rent arrear collection experience
* Basic DBS, Clean (or willing to have one put in place)
