Job Description

Synchro is proud to be partnering with a well-known organisation to recruit an experienced Reporting Analyst with strong data skills and experience of Salesforce and Power BI, on an initial 12-month fixed term contract.


Working on a large transition programme of work, the successful candidate will have experience in reporting development and governance modelling, as well as having solid skills in designing and building reports in line with relevant service KPIs and frameworks. You will manage key business and IT stakeholders and be confident in giving presentations and facilitating workshops to colleagues, clients and suppliers. Ideally you will have prior experience of ITSM processes and systems.


This role is a 12-month fixed term contract, which has the potential to become a permanent role.

This role is to be based out of Cambridge, however there will be extensive remote working on offer, with an open and flexible approach to hybrid, remote working which includes up to 1 day in the office per week.


What we are looking for:


  • An experienced Data Analyst / Reporting Analyst
  • Solid experience in reporting development and designing and building reports inline with relevant KPI’s and frameworks.
  • Experience of Salesforce and Power BI are both highly desirable. process implementation and project reporting experience


Role Summary

Salary: £35,000 plus benefits
