Research and Insights Manager – Job Share, 3 days per week Based: Slough HQ and dynamic working A great new opportunity has become available to support a job-share request from one of our team. As a Research & Insights Manager you will work in partnership alongside the other role-holder and with our wider team to play a critical role in shaping brand plans and strategy, on a 3 days per week basis from September. You will provide ad-hoc research and planning across our brands to focus your attention on our priority brands of Tyrrells, Hula Hoops and KP Nuts, to generate actionable consumer insights to support category and business growth. You will be responsible for both brand health as well as adhoc insight programs, leveraging Ehrenberg Bass thinking and Demand Spaces to grow our category. You will work closely with the other adhoc manager as well as with the continuous insights team as key partners, and of course with brand, category, innovation and R&D teams. The Role: Understand and communicate consumer trends to influence marketing strategy Influence the business with regard to brand strategy and brand plans Develop the research plan and manage research budget for designated brands Provide actionable consumer insight and ensure this is used to drive improved performance of brands, both in the short and medium term Work with Innovation and Development teams to develop successful and sustainable innovation Reports to Research & Insights Controller Requires a seamless partnership with the other role holder returning from mat leave The Package: ££ attractive base salary Car allowance Pension Healthcare Lots more great benefits The multi award winning culture at KP Snacks is friendly, welcoming and supportive. The Candidate: · Sound understanding of qualitative and quantitative research techniques · Strong project management skills and organisational skills (given handovers to the other role holder) · Ownership of running research projects from conception to completion, with actionable recommendations and willingness to challenge · Currently in a similar role in preferably a client side company although market research agency considered · Ideally from within FMCG, food, drinks, or a background that has a strong focus on category value creation #hp
