Verian (formerly Kantar Public) is one of the top tier social research agencies in the UK. We have around 150 specialist researchers working together to provide knowledge, evidence and insight that helps Government, the private sector and the Third Sector plan and care for society.
We are now looking for a Research Manager with a specialism in quantitative communications research to join our Communications and Behavioural Practice. The Communications and Behavioural Practice brings together varied expertise, including quantitative and qualitative research methods, advanced data analytics, communications and behavioural science consultancy, and disciplines such as behavioural economics and cognitive and social psychology. The team conducts a wide range of communications development, campaign evaluation, customer insight and behavioural science research programmes, tackling issues from environmental behaviours to public health and misinformation to domestic abuse. We work with Transport for London on a range of customer insight and marketing evaluation programmes, and have evaluated most of the Government’s flagship campaigns, such as THINK! road safety, vaccines, Be Clear on Cancer, organ donation and prison officer recruitment. Our work is always interesting, it often involves sensitive issues, and it makes a real difference to the world we live in.
