Job Description

We have an exciting new role open on the Publicis Sport & Entertainment (PSE) team, for a Research Senior Account Executive working in their Consumer Research division. You will have the opportunity to work with an incredible projects, working alongside other members of the team in the setting up and reporting of multi-market studies centring around the upcoming Olympic Games. You will be delivering on the Summer games which have just happened in Tokyo and prepping for the Winter games which will be taking place in February in Bejing. Your focus will be on delivering top quality, accurate and insightful findings that will be actioned by one of the world’s biggest sports organisations.

Responsibilities:

  • Design simple surveys with minimal guidance from others, and provide valid input for more complex questionnaires.
  • Manage and perform careful checks on multiple online survey scripts and translations
  • Processing of raw data and thorough review of Excel data tables
  • Based on set timelines, monitor and continuously manage progress and suggest appropriate actions to ensure the deadlines are met.
  • Work with other team members to analyse and interpret data, ensuring the key insights and stories are drawn out.
  • Work with other team members to produce PPT reports and dashboards, which accurately report results and deliver actionable insights to clients in a clear and impactful manner.
Qualifications

To ensure this role is the correct fit for you, we ask that you matchup with the following skillset:

  • Solid experience in consumer/market research, covering the specific processes involved in delivering international quantitative research against tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrate an ability to plan, prioritise and execute research processes.
  • An eye for detail is crucial for all elements of the research process.
  • Exceptional communicator and be continuously striving to develop trusted relationships with clients, as well as with third party suppliers.
  • Evidence of communication with seniors, juniors, suppliers and clients, to deliver the best for our clients.
  • A keen interest and knowledge of sport is desirable.
