Job Opportunity: Residential Conveyancing Lawyer

Our client, an established well-known firm, is looking to appoint a residential property lawyer to join one of their branch offices, either in the Scottish Borders or in Argyll.
As part of the wider team, you will:
- Take responsibility for existing property files.
- Further develop this area of the business.
- Be involved in the full range of residential property matters, handling some commercial and agricultural clients.
The firm has an exceptionally busy case-load, acts for a wide variety of clients, and has close links with local estate agents and letting agents.
The successful applicant must have:
- Residential property experience.
- Good client-facing skills.
- The ability to work well with others.

There is flexibility around PQE, and salary will be dependent on experience.
