Job Description
A new residential conveyancing locum vacancy has arisen with a small solicitors' firm based in the Colchester area. They are looking unusually for locum residential conveyancing cover for four weeks; two weeks in the early summer and two weeks in late summer or early autumn. Essentially four weeks to fit around the school holidays. They would be interested in finding a locum who can offer them this capacity, but they are unable to indicate specific weeks at this time. This is office based and no remote working possible.
In order to be considered, you must be a qualified solicitor or licensed conveyancer with a current practising certificate and no less than 3 years' PQE. The firm will require your practising certificate in order to make their application to the LMS mortgage lender panel in the next week or two.
