Job Title: Conveyancing Solicitor
Location: Fareham, Hampshire
Experience: Up to 5 Years PQE

Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity.
- Providing expert legal advice to clients, maintaining the highest standards of client care.
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of conveyancing law and practice.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, estate agents, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of processes and procedures within the department.
Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor with up to 5 years PQE in conveyancing.
- Strong technical knowledge of residential property law.
- Excellent communication and client management skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure, managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
- A proactive and positive approach to problem-solving and case management.
- Demonstrable ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
