RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY / CONVEYANCER
ENFIELD, LONDON
£30,000 - £45,000
QED Legal are currently seeking a Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner or a Residential Property Solicitor to join our well-respected client in Enfield, London.
We are looking for someone with case handling skills to join their friendly and established residential team. You will be expected to manage a full and varied caseload for roughly 1-3 years.
The type of residential transactions you should have experience on are:
- sales
- purchase
- leaseholds
- freeholds
- remortgages
- transfers of equity
If you do not have experience on a couple of the listed transactions above, we still welcome applications. However, please note if you do not have case handling experience within residential conveyancing, you will not be considered.
