PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT SOLICITOR / LEGAL EXECUTIVE - Norfolk
Property Developments Associate (6+ PQE) -
An excellent opportunity for an experienced Residential Development Solicitor / Partner with great career potential at a leading Legal 500 firm in Norfolk
This commercially minded, award winning Legal 500 law firm have a reputation nationally and internationally for the work that they do across a wide range of disciplines. They are well-known and have been practicing and providing professional advice for decades across the East Anglia region.
They provide specialist advice and expertise across all areas of law, and pride themselves on their pragmatic and straightforward approach. They have a broad range of clients that they act for including private individuals all the way up to multi-million pound organisations.
They are market leaders and extremely successful, and much of the work that they deal with is high net worth and complex on a national and international scale. Many of their lawyer's have come from City firm backgrounds and are leaders in their field.
Due to their success they are on the lookout for an experienced Residential Development Solicitor / Partner to join their well established team of specialist lawyers
You will need a solid grounding in Property Development matters gained at a respected regional or national firm and be ready to take a major career step in this thriving department
The work is varied and interesting and will consist of matters in commercial property, commercial and residential development law and housing law
You will be dealing with matters on a day to day basis to include acquisitions and disposals. site set ups, development agreements, plot sales and infrastructure work
This is a senior appointment for the firm so the role is open to applicants with experience levels from at least 6 years PQE upwards to Partner level
Someone with experience in Social Housing work would be highly advantageous here
