Residential Development Solicitor

We are working with a Top 50 firm who are looking for a Residential Development Solicitor to join their Residential Development team.
This firm's outstanding Residential Development team work with well known housebuilding clients and advise on the life cycle of strategic land and residential development matters. You will be working on a city level of work.
They are seeking a mid level solicitor with between 2 - 6 PQE and a strong background in Residential Development. You will be working on a varied caseload to include land acquisition deals, strategic option agreements and a wealth of ancillary work in transfers, funding agreements and more. You will be acting for housebuilder clients on large scale disposals and bulk selling along with mentoring and assisting junior members of the team.
Applications welcome from real estate lawyers looking to specialise in development and take a step up to a large commercial firm.
