Job Description

I am currently recruiting a Residential Property Helpdesk Administrator to work for my client who are a lovely and forward thinking organisation based Central London, close to the City.
This is a full time, temporary role for 2 months +
Client Details
My client are in the private sector Housing arena and are looking for a capable Helpdesk Administrator to work in the high-end residential side of the portfolio, taking calls from residents and tenants in regards to repairs and other related matters, including rent quotes and payments and all associated administrative tasks.
Description
The key responsibilities for the Helpdesk Administrator role are:
To manage incoming help desk jobs on various contracts
Input data on to the system
Monitor the system and progress any jobs called in to the next stage
Assistance with property management
Follow up tenant related issues
Administrative functions related to residential lettings
Arrange any repairs
Liaise with engineers, repair staff and outside agencies
Chase subcontractors for completion paperwork and file as directed
Co-ordinate with existing and new tenant move-ins
Profile
The successful candidate for this role:
Will ideally have helpdesk experience, preferably within high-end residential housing
Confident, calm, logical approach, organised - the working environment can be quite fast paced
Computer literate with MS Office, Database and ideally SPIKE Global skills
Excellent telephone manner
