My client is recruiting for a solicitor, licensed conveyancer or legal executive to join their residential property team in Guildford. The firm are very highly renowned, scoring in the top-tier of the Legal 500 and Chambers UK directories as well as in the top 2% of law firms by The Times (Best Law Firms 2021). The property team are also highly regarded, with the firm winning both the Law Firm of the Year and the Property Law Firm of the Year awards in the same year. Clearly, it is an excellent career to move to work with a firm so respected and one which holds its staff in such high regard (they are silver Investors in People accredited).
The role will see you working on a variety of residential property transactions (including acquisitions and disposals). It will encompass both leasehold and freehold work, and some experience of the Help to Buy Scheme is desirable.
To be successful in your application, you will:
- Be a qualified solicitor, conveyancer or legal executive with at least 2 years' relevant experience (however, less experienced candidates are invited to apply).
- Have experience of a wide range of residential property transactions.
- Be a team player.
- Be driven and client-oriented.
