They are expanding their residential property department due to the influx of work and need an experienced lawyer who can hit the ground running. They boast an affluent client-base, frequently servicing the needs of footballers and other celebrities. You will be working on a variety of conveyancing transactions for a variety of clients (from the average person to the ultra high net worth). The firm are proud of their personal touch when it comes to client care, so you will also spend time networking and business developing with estate agents and clients locally.
The firm pay very competitively and are very sympathetic to the need to work from home.
To be successful in your application, you will:
- Be a qualified solicitor, chartered legal executive or licensed conveyancer.
- Have at least 5 years' experience in residential property law.
- Have received training from a respected source3.
- Have strong academics.
