Service Care Legal are recruiting on behalf of a highly reputable London Borough Council who are seeking a Residential Property Lawyer to join their team on a contract basis. Please find below further details with regards to this position.
Please note that this position would be hybrid working (1 day per week in the office).
The Role of the Residential Property Lawyer
- Managing a caseload of development plot sales and advising clients on all aspects of residential development
- Cases will include acquisitions, disposals, lease extensions, variation of restrictive covenant, new developments and plot sales
- Advising on and acting in residential transactions
The Person
- A qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with a current practising certificate
- Residential Property Law experience within a public sector would be highly desirable for this position
- Private practice candidate with the right residential development experience would be considered
