A rapidly expanding boutique firm are recruiting for a residential property lawyer to join their team in Sutton. The firm are adored by the lawyers which work there for many reasons, including the lack of bureaucracy (there isn't a meaningless hierarchy) and excellent culture. Whilst boutique, the firm is situated all over England with a total of 9 offices. The firm are also renowned for their excellent training, frequently bringing consultants in to keep their lawyers at the top of their game.
The role will see you join as a senior member of the team and handle a mixed residential caseload. For this reason, a wide variety of experience is necessary. You may also be required to aid with the business development of the department and training of the team.
To be successful, you will:
- Be a qualified lawyer, chartered legal executive or licensed conveyancer with at least 5 years' post qualified experience (however, less experienced candidates are also invited to apply).
- Have sound technical knowledge of residential property law.
- Be a team player and always willing to learn.
