Residential Property Paralegal London – Salary negotiable based on experience Residential Property Paralegal London A highly respected Legal500 law firm based in London, are currently looking to add a Residential paralegal to their busy team. This is an exciting opportunity for a keen and eager candidate to join a mid-size, multi-service firm and develop and learn within this area. Full training will be provided for the successful candidate. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is keen with a can-do attitude.The successful candidate will have excellent academics, be a team player and be keen to learn. Ideally you will have experience working in a similar role. You will be joining a busy and thriving team, where you will be providing support to the team. The role will involve:- Assisting with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks- AP1 applications to Land Registry- Preparing standard correspondence and documents- Stamp Duty Land Tax (SDLT) return and payment- Review client account ledgers- Update case management systems- Take and make calls to clients and others in a professional and friendly manner- Dealing with incoming and outgoing correspondence- Opening and closing client files After working with this firm for a while, I know the progression and support that the team offers for the right candidate to excel within their role.
