Residential Property Solicitor/Licenced Conveyancer (5+ PQE) | Senior Associate/Head of Department | Cambridge

The Role


We are looking for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor / Licensed Conveyancer to head up a high-performing team of 3 Solicitors and 2 paralegals, reporting directly to a highly regarded Partner.


The ideal candidate is expected to be confident in all areas of the Conveyancing process from inception to completion, working both independently and in a team. As a senior figure in the department, prior experience supervising fee-earners and delegating work is essential.


Partnership will be an achievable progression route for those who want it, although this is not a prerequisite.


Requirements:


  • You will be a Residential Property Solicitor / Licensed Conveyancer with at least 5 years PQE gained at a strong regional firm
  • You should have strong technical knowledge
  • You will have a good billings history and excel at client relationships
  • You should be an excellent communicator and work well within a team
  • Salary is dependant upon experience with excellent benefits and remuneration
