My client is looking for a residential property solicitor/licensed conveyancer to provide assistance to their conveyancing departments throughout their branch network.

They consider people with the ability to support and mentor other members of the conveyancing team. You will be required to have good communication skills and be a team player.
The role will include a mix of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, shared ownership and general legal support in the form of guidance/second opinions to conveyancing fee earners, raising enquiries on title and preparing title reports. The role itself is not considered client facing
