An award-winning regional law firm is seeking a Residential Property Solicitor to join their dynamic team.
Title: Residential Property Solicitor
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £35,000 - £55,000 DOE
Location: St Albans
Key Responsibilities of the Residential Property Solicitor
- Managing a diverse caseload of residential property matters including but not limited to freehold sale and purchase, and leasehold transactions
- Providing expert legal advice to clients on residential property matters
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating residential property contracts
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, and solicitors

- Solid experience of freehold sale and purchase, and leasehold transactions
- Close attention to detail and high exacting standard of work
