This specialist practise based in Solihull is looking for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join their close-knit team.
The ideal candidate will be somebody who can use their own initiative, thrives in a fast-paced environment, can work independently across a wide range of complex residential property matters and knows the importance of client care.
Your responsibilities will include residential purchase, re-mortgage and sale transactions, freehold ground rent sales and new build purchases and aid in leasehold maters.
