RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR 4+ PQE, BERKSHIRE, £ EXCELLENT SALARY. You will be responsible for your own clients and caseload, joining a busy team with high quality work and opportunities for business development.


RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY SOLICIUTOR:
The appointed solicitor will have the opportunity to handle all aspects of residential property, covering everything from first time purchases to higher value sales / purchases and complex title issues. We are accepting applications from Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers and Legal Executives with a minimum 4+ years’ PQE.

You should have excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and your fellow colleagues, as well as the ability to work effectively within a team environment. You will receive extensive supervision and support from this highly experienced team, also helping you further develop your knowledge and expertise in challenging matters relating to new build properties and leasehold enfranchisement and extensions.
