Regional, well-established law firm looking for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor into their Leamington Spa offices.

This legal practice is a multi-service law firm that employs specialist, expert staff that always have the client in the forefront of their minds.
As a Residential Property Solicitor, you will be responsible for your own caseload of various matters:
- Freehold and leasehold
- Sales and purchases
- Remortgages
- Transfers of equity
- New builds
The successful candidate will ideally have 2 years' PQE running their own caseload within Residential Property and is well organised, has excellent communication, time management and client care skills, can work well as part of a team and is passionate about what they do.
