Residential Property Solicitor -
A very exciting opportunity for a Solicitor or Legal Executive with a solid grounding in Residential Property transactional matters behind them to establish an excellent future career within a substantial multi-office law firm. This is a leading firm with a great reputation and this is a rare opportunity to join the team.
The role would suit someone with at least three years PQE up to a more senior level. The work will be varied and of high net worth consisting of matters to include sales and purchases, shared ownerships, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, new builds and plot sales.
The firm are seeking someone that is commercially minded and that fits in to the firm's dynamic well, you should be someone that also has good networking and business development skills.
