The Role
This is a superb opportunity to join an award-winning, modern, dynamic, and supportive law firm offering specialist quality legal advice to commercial clients and private individuals.
The firm is recognised across the region for its outstanding client care and high-quality Property work.
Due to the development and expansion of the firm, it is now seeking to appoint an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to work alongside existing partners, driving a resilient and varied legal practice.
The Residential Property Solicitor will have a good understanding of shared ownership, transfers of equity, and re-mortgages.
The successful candidate will be expected to work with limited supervision but with the benefit of full administrative support.
The Candidate
- Residential Property Solicitor with at least 1 to 4 years PQE
- Attend marketing/networking events for the firm to bring in work
- Ability to work to deadlines/targets, to prioritise and manage a varied caseload
- Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
- Strong legal and leadership skills with an eye for detail
- Excellent organisation and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional and effective communication with team members and contacts
- Professional and effective communication with individual and business contacts
