A legal 500 firm has an exciting opportunity for a residential property solicitor. The firm has offices in Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire, and they are looking for someone to join their office in Buckinghamshire.

You will be joining a busy property team and you will help contribute to delivering exceptional service to their clients by advising on all aspects of the buying, selling and re-mortgage process including legal issues, finances and contracts. This will include handling files for freehold and leasehold properties from initial instructions through to completion.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years PQE and have previous experience of handling transfers of equity, remortgages, bridging, new builds, shared ownership leases and declarations of trust. The firm offers a great benefits package and excellent opportunities for career progression.
