My client is a highly reputable and well-established firm based in Essex, dedicated to providing exceptional legal services to our clients for over 60 years. With a strong presence in the market, they pride themselves on their professionalism, efficiency and reliability.
They are seeking a skilled Residential Property Solicitor to join the team. The ideal candidate will have 1 year or more PQE with experience in residential property including New Builds, freehold and leasehold sales.
You will work collaboratively within a team environment, benefiting from legal support while also being able to independently manage your workload and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines.
Requirements:
1. 1+ years of PQE experience as a residential property solicitor
2. Experience in running a caseload of work autonomously
3. Previous experience managing a small team or having current aspirations to move into a management role is preferable
