<div>My client is offering an excellent opportunity for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join their team on a locum Fixed Term Contract basis for a period of4 months. This role provides a chance to be part of a team known for delivering market-leading services to clients while working within a supportive and collaborative culture.<br/><br/><strong>Responsibilities:</strong><br/>- Advise on the sales and purchases of various residential properties, including houses and flats, with a focus on high-value properties.<br/>- Manage lender requirements for sales, purchases, and remortgage transactions.<br/>- Assist with leasehold property issues related to both flats and houses.<br/>- Provide accurate, prompt, realistic, and relevant advice in response to clients’ enquiries, managing their expectations effectively.<br/>- Understand clients requirements and work towards achieving their needs.<br/>- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.<br/>- Collaborate with the in-house marketing department to promote the Residential Property services and brand, actively converting enquiries into new matters.<br/>- Engage in additional business development and marketing activities, including writing blogs, legal updates, and press releases, and participating in networking events.<br/>- Ensure proper file management.<br/>- Maintain accurate time recording.<br/>- Complete billing within agreed timescales.<br/>- Maintain confidentiality according to the firms policies and procedures, handling confidential documents appropriately.<br/>- Stay informed about changes in legislation and case law, conducting legal research as needed.<br/>- Comply with legislation and company policies on equal opportunities and health and safety in service delivery and interactions.<br/>- Identify and pursue necessary training and development to meet personal, regulatory, and business needs.<br/>- Perform other reasonable duties to ensure the efficient operation of the firm.<br/><br/><strong>Who Am I Looking For:</strong><br/>The ideal candidate is an experienced locum Residentail Property Solicitor or experienced Residentail Property Solicitor seeking a 4 month Fixed term contract. Candidates must have excellent knowledge of all areas of residential property law and experience providing high-quality advice in a leading residential property team.
