Our client is one of the most respected and well-known companies in the Water industry - Thames Water. Our Resourcing team are critical to the success of our client and recruit in excess of 500 roles at any one time. Due to growth, we're looking for committed individuals to join our team as a Resourcing Co-ordinator on an ongoing temporary contract.

The Resourcing Co-ordinator role is fast paced, and you'll need to be flexible in your approach and have a real passion for people. As the Resourcing Co-ordinator, you'll engage with candidates who have an interest in joining the Customer Experience team at Thames Water.
A fantastic opening into recruitment, this is a great opportunity for a diligent, highly motivated, and dedicated individual to support us on one of our biggest and busiest contracts. Our core working hours are 9.00 am - 5:30 pm, Monday - Friday, however we can be flexible for the right candidate. The role is based in central Reading but as we mirror the client's hybrid working policy, working from home is also an option.
Day to day duties include:

  • Screening potential candidates by reviewing their CV and conducting telephone interviews
  • Supporting three Resourcing Business Partners
  • Arranging interviews with candidates
  • Sending interview confirmation details
  • Tracking and updating candidates through the selection process
  • Liaising with stakeholders
  • Searching for candidates across a number of leading job boards
  • Answering general queries via incoming calls and emails

What you should bring to the role
  • A strong passion for customer service
  • Have an excellent telephone manner with good written and verbal communication skills
  • Be an enthusiastic team player
  • Have good IT skills and the ability to pick up new systems with ease
  • Have good listening and problem-solving skills
This role is an ongoing temporary position, which could lead to other opportunities as you will be part of a large team. We are looking for people who can start immediately or with a very short notice period.
