Restaurant manager - New Opening
Location: central London
Salary: £60,000 - 65,000 per annum
A great opportunity has come for a Restaurant Manager to join the team of an exciting new opening in August. The restaurant will offer the best of British and Mediterranean cuisine - sharing concept small plates, dry age meat, whole butchering on site, etc. High volume brasserie up to 200 covers per service.
Responsibilities:
As Restaurant Manager, you will have control over front of house day-to-day operations, closely collaborating with the General Manager to uphold a quality service in this fast paced environment. P&L, recruitment, menus, training, and restaurant setup.
We are looking for a Restaurant Manager with a consistent and extensive background in casual fine dining restaurants, someone that can manage high volume and a large team. You will be working with great people in this brand new restaurant.
