Restructuring & Insolvency Solicitor (NQ)
This is an exciting and rare opportunity to join a large, Legal 500 firm ranked highly across the majority of their sectors in their Restructuring and Insolvency team. This opportunity would suit a junior lawyer or a determined NQ willing to hit the ground running working on complex and high-profile matters.
This Tier one ranked practice carry out the full range of contentious and non-contentious insolvency work. They act for insolvency practitioners, lenders and financial institutions, companies, directors, creditors and stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have a good academic background and excellent communication and organisational skills. You will have trained with a large regional commercial practice or City firm and completed a restructuring & insolvency seat during your training contract. Candidates who have completed seats in both Corporate and Commercial Litigation may also be considered if they can demonstrate experience of insolvency-related work.
