Our client is seeking a Restructuring & Insolvency solicitor with 1-2 years PQE to join their team. Role overview:
In this role, you will be involved in diverse and high-profile cases. You will handle formal and informal procedures, including administrations, CVAs, all forms of receivership, and liquidation. Additionally, you will advise on trading claims and fraud, directors' duties, and both solvent and insolvent restructurings. The role demands technical legal expertise, strong research capabilities, and efficient legal process management.
Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate will have completed their Training Contract, hold a valid practising certificate, and possess a 2:1 honours degree or equivalent. While our client’s PQE levels are a guide, they are open to considering all suitable candidates with experience in a well-regarded practice. You should demonstrate excellent teamwork, leadership, and client relationship skills, with a proven ability to drive business development and manage complex projects effectively.
