0-4 PQE - NQ OPPORTUNITY - CORPORATE SOLICITOR
This is an exciting and rare opportunity to join a large, global Top 100 firm ranked highly across the majority of their sectors in their Restructuring and Insolvency team.
This opportunity would suit a junior lawyer or a determined NQ willing to hit the ground running working on complex and high-profile matters.
The ideal candidate will have up to 4 years' post-qualification experience and will be excited about working on a range of both contentious and non-contentious matters for household names and HNW clients. They will be comfortable acting for a range of clients including high-street banks, asset-based lenders and private equity funds, along with other key financial stakeholders.
Literacy in aspects of solvent restructuring, refinancing and insolvency proceedings would be ideal - previous work experience being beneficial but great exposure is ideal too - this is a junior role!
Previous corporate experience is required, and the ideal candidate will have a very strong background in R&I at a good-quality firm. They will be ready and able to support a range of senior lawyers, manage your own caseload, prioritise deadlines and be a friendly face to other colleagues.
