Do you want to be part of the fastest growing symbol group in the UK?

Are you a dynamic, self-motivated individual with the ability to inspire our customers and your colleagues?

As we grow our business, a fantastic opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated individual to get involved in a part of the business that is fundamental to our company strategy. The Customer Development Department are looking to recruit a Retail Development Advisor across the East to help deliver our Company growth strategy.

This is a multi-faceted role involving developing and building strong commercial relationships with our existing estate of independent retail owners, helping them to thrive and prosper in the competitive convenience retail sector. Implement mutually agreed joint business plans, ensure all aspects of store standards are maintained and continuously improved. Identify opportunities to improve retailer loyalty and achieve agreed sales targets.

As well as developing the existing estate, you will be tasked with the overall growth of your defined areas via new business for our cash and carry hubs and also continue the strong expansion on our family of fascia brands.
