LWA are looking for an individual with strong commercial awareness, capable of demonstrating creativity and innovation to identify income opportunities. Essential qualities for this role include excellent supervisory/management skills and effective communication. You will need: • Experience of charity retail operations • Experience of line management or supervision of others • Experience of leading or supporting volunteers • Excellent customer service skills.
