About the role

For our Natuzzi Edition store in Stockton on Tees we are searching for one Brand Ambassador position. This would be primarily an in-store sales based, and customer facing role.

About the role/position

Our experienced Sales Consultants are trained retail professionals, acting as an "ambassador" of our Brand, our Products, our Values and Harmony, professionals with a passion for luxury interiors and a focus on sales with a strong customer-oriented attitude and a desire to exceed personal goals and deliver excellence in service.

The Brand Ambassador will be the face of our Company; the main objective being sales generation, using all possible sales tools available, while transmitting his/her passion for design, luxury, harmony, and product knowledge. We strive to provide an excellent and impeccable winning customer shopping experience and will give you the support, training, and development you require to achieve this.


About the Responsibilities

Sales Budget

Achieve Store’s sales goals defined by the Store Manager; generate and manage your own quotations and sales while establishing a professional relationship that results in increased sales & repeat business; your role will also involve providing support and input for the development of our Trade & Interior Design business.


Customer Experience:

  • Manages each visitor through the application of Brand sales ceremonies;
  • Understands the customer's needs to ensure a unique customer experience;
  • Communicates the Brand values, qualities, and advantages of the product (Story Telling, product knowledge, brand identity)
  • Use the sales tools (material samples, digital tools, dedicated brochure, catalogue);
  • Successful in sale conversions and sales growth
  • Cross Selling / Upselling; Promote ‘Total Living experience’
  • Manage quotations and leads, following up with prospective clients and converting to sales
  • Ability to close the sale using alternative closing methodology and advanced sales techniques
  • Collects the profiling data of each visitor (prospects and customers) as required in the selling ceremonies, in order to feed the customer analytics and the CRM
  • Respect and upkeep the brand image through strong visual merchandising and store display upkeep.
  • Provides after-sales support to our customers ensuring a 360 degree complete experience


Job profile:

  • Preferably with a background in Furniture sales and a passion/education in Interior design and/or furniture
  • Previous experience (min 3-5 years) in Retail Sales; Furnishing Companies; or in Luxury Fashion Brands;
  • Ability to use and promote IT based sales tools to support sales (eg creation of renderings)
  • Capacity to use and promote our in-store Interior Designing Tools;
  • Experience with a POS system and proficient with general MS Office software
  • A general good standing. Outstanding negotiating and communication skills;
  • Ability to conduct the companies Selling Ceremony while keeping a strong focus on increasing the conversion rate, with the objective to transform visitors into buying clients by delivering the right product to the right person.
  • Team player mentality is essential.
  • Business Oriented. Ability to analyse sales results and seek constructive feedback from line manager for personal improvement.
