Role:
The Retail Sales Executive will be responsible for retail sales in all Sarah Chapman accounts, in the UK and Ireland for the Skinesis product range. You will establish Sarah Chapman as a leading expert in the world of luxury skincare and the go-to brand for skin care solutions.
You will report directly into the Senior Commercial Manager and will work alongside the Sales Team to support in stores. 80% of your time will be focused on selling in stores and 20% of your time will be training on the shop floor to ensure all store representatives are confident in selling the brand. You will work directly with our retail partners sales and events teams where relevant to provide sales and event support and selling days in stores.
The role will require daily travel to our partner retail stores. Some overnight stays and longer travel journeys will be required when necessary.
You will support the business through providing retail sales support alongside motivating the retail sales teams to sell the Sarah Chapman products and push new product launches. You will support the retail partners with events, looking for ways to be creative and imaginative in order to drive retail sales whilst upholding the brand standards.
Overall Structure:
Event & Retail selling days to support key retail partners will be a priority and will be held across retailers in UK and Ireland
Sales Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for building brand relationships in stores with the store managers, beauty team etc.
You are responsible for booking yourself in for all events directly with the retailer partners and events teams and organising GWP + Samples for these events.
You will be responsible for organising your rota at least a month in advance, in conjunction with the Senior Commercial Manager
You will be working with a weekly sales target to achieve and are responsible for booking in yourself to the store to work.
Ensure that you are sending weekly reports to the Senior Commercial manager to include sales from each day in the field and relevant feedback, as well as photos of each store for VM and competitor analysis.
It is mandatory that you track weekly sales and submit your sales sheet to the Sales Account Manager
You must ensure to uphold the VM plan in stores and ensure the VM for Sarah Chapman is always clean, and tidy and all testers are in place.
You will support sales in stores with samples, GWP and POSM that are allocated to you.
You will support your manager with setting incentives for the in-store teams.
Training Responsibilities
You will spend 20% of your time in-store carrying out on the shop floor brand training for new starters, new launches etc.
You will check in with the beauty teams in-store from various retailers to see if they have completed their online education modules.
Development:
You will be trained in the Sarah Chapman Retail Facial (shop floor) to be used as part of planned events or to facilitate a sales opportunity
You will receive up-to-date product training of any new launches from the Head of Global Education
