Please click here Are you:Able to adapt to last minute changes and flexible to work in different locations.Able to work on your own initiative and problem solve.Do you have:Previous retail experience - charity shop experience is preferred but not essential.Hands-on approach and the ability to motivate a team of volunteers.Experience of maximising sales & generating income.Responsibilities include:Co-ordinate volunteer effort to ensure that the shops maximise their turnover whilst minimising costs.Ensure that volunteers are well informed and motivated so that they can develop to their individual potential.Maintain a high standard of display, presentation and cleanliness throughout the shops.Manage and undertake the sorting, moving and storage of a high volume of donated goods.Ensure that all monies are banked, and financial returns completed on a weekly basis.Responsibility for all aspects of security – stock, premises, money (retail income and cash donations) and volunteers / staff.
