Salary: £35,094 per annum

Hours: Monday – Saturday, shift rotations Basis

We are looking for someone to lead our Energy Hub in West Brom.


We call our retail stores “Hubs” as they are a central place for our customers within the local community. This connects us, whether that be face to face, over the phone or live chat.

What does this role involve?


You will ensure your retail Hub remains a support for our customers, offering energy advice, promoting Utilita products and services and providing a community space.

Day to day, you will;


  • ensure all staff have the right tools and resources to deliver a customer first service;
  • arrange rotas to ensure all communication channels with our customers such as, live chat, telephone, and face to face are always covered;
  • mentor, coach, and support your team to achieve business goals in line with our vision and values;
  • ensure our hubs are a safe environment for both customers and employees;
  • conduct audits, create, and evaluate reports;
  • work to sales and services targets and sell Utilita and partner products;
  • attend community and charity events to raise our brand and promote our “Pro Planet, Pro Pocket” message.


Who are we looking for?


As an experienced leader coming from a retail environment, you will know what it takes to motivate and empower your team. You will be happy to roll up your sleeves to get involved.


If you are looking for to be the face of Utilita, speaking directly with our customers and keen to be involved in your local community, then this maybe the role for you.


This is a full-time role covering 40 hours per week, on a rota, Monday – Saturday.


You will be required to attend our main head office in Chandlers Ford for the first four weeks for our comprehensive induction training, to ensure you have all the knowledge and tools to support your team and our customers, (Expenses will be covered).
