We are looking for a Returns and Reprocessing Assistant to join our team on a part time or full time working basis:
Roles and Responsibilities
- Follow guidelines to ensure brand quality is met for all garments
- Manage and effectively communicate with team members to reach weekly/monthly targets
- Managing steaming/ironing to ensure garmemts meet brand quality
- Managing minor repairs on a weekly/monthly basis
- Liasing with team to manage incoming & outgoing stock deliveres
- Liaising with team to ensure stock movement is correctly recorded
- Liaising with team to manage collection/deliveries of non-sellable stock
- Assiting with monthly sample sale preparations.
- Assisting other internal departments on ad hoc basis with administrative tasks
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
- Highly organised and self motivated
- Experience using Excel
- Flexibility
- Positive and professional attitude
