Compass Associates are currently seeking an experienced Nursing Home Manager with a track history of Good CQC ratings, for a modern, purpose built, nursing home located in Surbition. The home specialises in Elderly and dementia care and has a requirement for a passionate and resident-driven manager to ensure an exceptional level of care is delivered.
The Candidate
The successful candidate must have a management background in Nursing Homes have a good or above CQC report. Being RGN/RMN qualified is essential. The position requires a confident, positive person with a strong commercial outlook who can motivate a staff team, network with the local community and external bodies, and ensure the residents are cared for to the best possible standard.
Requirements
o Strong and Successful Management Background Within Nursing Homes
o Excellent Understanding of CQC with a Good or Outstanding report
o Nursing Qualification (Essential)
o Obtains a Management qualification (NVQ Level 4 or equivalent)
o Genuine passion for elderly care
o Dementia experience
o Marketing experience and strong business acumen
Location
The home is based in Serbition and is commutable from Croydon, Wimbledon, Twickenham, Chertsey, Sutton, Woking, Egham, Hayes, Richmond, and Hounslow.
