A competitive salary range of GBP50000.00 - GB60000.00 is on offer for this permanent position.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation and oversight of compliance strategies, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and enhance risk management frameworks, safeguarding the integrity of our operations.
  • Champion a culture of compliance and risk awareness, driving continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation.


Preferred Requirements:

  • Demonstrated expertise in compliance and a strong understanding of insurance industry regulations.
  • Proven track record in proactively managing operational risk, mitigating potential vulnerabilities and promoting best practices.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders at all levels, fostering a cohesive approach to risk and compliance.
  • Proficient in developing and implementing risk and compliance strategies to align with business objectives.
  • Ability to analyse complex data and identify trends to inform risk management decisions and improve compliance processes.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Risk Management, or similar.
  • Professional certifications in compliance or risk management.
  • Master's degree in a related discipline would be an advantage.
