A competitive salary range of GBP50000.00 - GB60000.00 is on offer for this permanent position.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation and oversight of compliance strategies, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and enhance risk management frameworks, safeguarding the integrity of our operations.
- Champion a culture of compliance and risk awareness, driving continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation.
Preferred Requirements:
- Demonstrated expertise in compliance and a strong understanding of insurance industry regulations.
- Proven track record in proactively managing operational risk, mitigating potential vulnerabilities and promoting best practices.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders at all levels, fostering a cohesive approach to risk and compliance.
- Proficient in developing and implementing risk and compliance strategies to align with business objectives.
- Ability to analyse complex data and identify trends to inform risk management decisions and improve compliance processes.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Risk Management, or similar.
- Professional certifications in compliance or risk management.
- Master's degree in a related discipline would be an advantage.
