Consultant / Senior Consultant Position - Risk and Compliance

Due to strategic development, this agency are inviting applications for the post of Consultant / Senior 360 Recruitment Consultant to join their Riska and Compliance division in London.

Reporting to the Divisional Manager, you will work as part of a dynamic and multinational team.


You will be responsible for identifying and attracting new business to the agency whilst building relationships to gain a better understanding of your clients’ recruitment needs and requirements. Once those needs and requirements have been identified and terms agreed, you will be responsible for filling roles, maintaining relationships with both client and candidate, and staying ahead of market knowledge. With these responsibilities, your position plays a crucial role in the company's growth and success.


This role will suit an experienced Recruitment Consultant seeking a more qualitative role, an existing business development consultant or a professional with the necessary attributes.
